Hi I'm Amy & my husband Kevin and I are both passionate beach lovers who have been fortunate enough to call the beach area home for over half of our lives. Our deep connection to the ocean, sand, and surf has shaped our lifestyle and provided us with countless cherished memories. Now, were excited to open our doors and home and welcome short-term renters to our beautiful condo in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. With a true love for the area, were eager to share this coastal haven and offer others the opportunity to experience the charm, relaxation, and beauty of Rehoboth Beach. Fresh towels are provided, including bath towels, and washcloths, ensuring you have everything you need. The toilet and vanity are neatly arranged, offering essential space for toiletries and personal items, with a mirror. For comfort, a heat lamp provides warmth during cooler days, while an exhaust fan keeps the air fresh. A hair dryer is available for quick styling, and a first aid kit is conveniently on hand for peace of mind. The bathroom also includes a stackable washer and dryer, allowing you to easily do laundry and stay on top of your clothing needs during your vacation. And don’t forget the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and saltwater after a day at the beach to keep the sand outside. Though compact, this bathroom offers all the amenities you need for a stress-free, comfortable stay by the beach. |

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
